RioWear wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt. Merchandise received later than 15 days will be refunded in the form of an online credit accessible through your online account. Please let us know why you are returning the item, so that we can take measures to improve on our service.
When returning your item, we recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. Rio Wear is not responsible for any merchandise lost during shipping. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender. Please include a copy of your original invoice. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.
Please note that all items must be in the same condition as you received it with all tags still attached. Please make sure items show no signs of wear including make-up and deodorant. Used or stained clothing will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Rio Wear is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item. We recommend that you e-mail and tell us what items you will want to exchange. We will hold the new items for you for a limited time until we receive your sent package. There will not be any additional cost for you to have your exchanged items shipped back to you.
In addition, if you will like to add items to your order at that time, those items will be shipped free to you. This offer is extended once for each order with paid shipping.
